The closure or the minimization of the RDP session from which Supremo has been launched, blocks the video stream causing the application to show a fully white screen.
Just maximize the session to see the screen “magically” re-appear in Supremo.
In alternative, access the remote machine through RDP and terminate the Supremo.exe process. Then re-launch Supremo, install the service and close the application. This will force the Supremo service to re-launch the software under the console session instead of the RDP one. At this point, white screens won’t happen again.
