What’s new
Interface and usability
- Completely redesigned user interface (UI) optimized for high-resolution screens.
- New macOS icon compliant with Apple specifications.
- Dynamic topbar management: features unavailable on the remote computer are now automatically displayed as disabled.
Protocol and performance
- New communication protocol with gateways, faster and more lightweight.
- File Manager: module completely rewritten from scratch to ensure superior performance and stability.
- Priority Management: a priority system implemented for message sending to eliminate slowdowns or freezes in the video stream.
- Video optimization with support for H.264 (can be disabled via CLI for older PCs) and RLE codecs.
Security
- End-to-end connection encryption based on the TLS 1.3 standard.
- OpenSSL libraries updated to version 3.5.4.
- The random password is now automatically regenerated upon each disconnection.
- New EULA (End User License Agreement) and integrated alerts in case of use of weak passwords.
Integrations and Custom versions
- Supremo Mobile Assist: introduced compatibility for connecting to iOS devices (in private beta).
- Request Management: configuration of the expiration time for support requests directly from the Console (the fixed 24-hour expiration has been removed).
- Introduced the Beta channel for custom versions with an optimized auto-update system.
- Removed the command to disable automatic updates to ensure maximum security.
- Automatic update of SupremoAgent at startup and overnight if run with elevated privileges.
- Fixed version detection in the Windows Control Panel for installations via .msi package.
Bug fixes
Interface, control, input, and keyboard
- Fixed issues with sending uppercase/lowercase characters caused by Caps Lock misalignment.
- Fixed the sending of Spanish special characters and input from barcode readers.
- Fixed intermittent freezing of modifier keys (Shift, Ctrl, Alt) and the sending of the clipboard as a key sequence.
- Fixed the operation of system shortcut keys (e.g., WIN+R, WIN+E) and key input in administrative PowerShell sessions.
- Fixed the display of the address book email on the main screen and corrected the connection reports sent to the Console.
Stability and remote commands
- Restored proper operation of the “Remote Reboot” and “
Remote reboot in Safe Mode” commands. - Resolved the issue of the desktop background not restoring on Windows at the end of the session.
- Windows Server: resolved ID duplication under rare conditions on systems with active multi-session.
- Eliminated several race condition issues during connection, potential buffer overflows, memory leaks, and access violations on the code side.
Security
- Fixed an issue with TLS certificate verification.
- macOS: Fixed the mismatch of the secondary password between the user session and the login screen.
- Log rotation has been fixed, and the Sparkle update framework has been updated to version 2 (macOS only).

System Requirements: The minimum supported version of macOS has been raised from 10.11 to 10.13.
