By accepting terms and general conditions of the contract and by the execution of the product Supremo, you aknowledge to have been informed on the processing of the personal data you freely provide and of the data related to the connection, following the procedure and the limits contained in this policy.

The data processor is Romana Romandini, by Nanosystems S.r.l., via del Commercio 76/A, 63100 Ascoli Piceno, as per appointment by Nanosystems S.r.l..
Category of data collected
- Personal Data freely provided by the data subject that are necessary to finalize the contract: your personal data, your address, your invoicing data, your email address. In case of refusal of providing such data, will result in the non-execution, partial execution of the contract/failure or partial operability of Supremo.
- Personal Data freely provided by the data subject that are marked as optional: other email address and contact details,. You are free to refuse to provide such data, without any consecuence on the availability of the service or of its functioning.
- Data collected during the connection to the product Supremo, necessary for its use and to ensure its security: IP address used to connect through our product, as well as data of the same connection such as date and time of the request, time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (IP address you are connecting to), access status/HTTP status code, volume of data transmitted each time, browser and Country of origin for the visitor.
Note: Nanosystems does NOT collect nor store data or meta-data from the Supremo control sessions, such as IDs or activation codes of the Supremo clients.
The end to end encryption of the connection does not consent Nanosistems S.r.l. to collect the contents of the data exchanged.
The data subject assume responsibility for the personal data published or shared through the use of Supremo and ensures to have the right of communicate or diffuse them, freeing the controller data from any liability towards third parties.
Modalities for data processing
Data processing and storage will be carried out with the assistance of informatic and/or paper tools, in a manner that guarantees the integrity, security and privacy.
Personal Data freely provided will be processed during and after the duration of the contract, for a the maximum period required by law, for the completion of legal requirements; after such period, data will be rendered anonymous, therefore collected in a different database for statistical analysis.
Data collected during the connection to the product Supremo will be immediately rendered anonymous for statistical analysis.
Supremo is not intended for users minor of 18 years and the personal Data Controller do not collect intentionally personal information related to minors. Should information on minors be accidentally registered, the Data Controller will promptly erase them, by simple request of who exercises the parental authority on such minor.
Purpose of processing data
The data that you provide will be collected in base of the contractual needs and according to the requirements resulting from those, as well as for a successful management of the relation; specially for:
a. Improve data subject experience and the general quality of our services;
b. Law requirements, connected to civil, fiscal and accounting rules;
c. Administrative management;
d. Fulfilment of contractual obligations;
e. Archive management;
f. Mailroom management and the fax;
Once anonymized, both pesonal data freely provided and connection data, will be processed for statistical analysis.
Exercise of rights by data subject
Following art. 13.2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, data subject can, at any moment, exercise the following rights: ask the data controller the access to the Personal Data, the rectification, the erasure, the restriction, the objection to processing, the data portability, and to complaint with a supervisory authority.
