How can I access a service on a remote network without opening firewall ports or configuring a VPN?

To securely access a service running on a remote device without opening firewall ports or setting up a VPN, you can use TCP Tunneling in Supremo.

First, enable TCP Tunneling on the Host device by opening Tools > Permissions, ticking Use TCP Tunneling, and clicking Save. The Control device must have a Supremo Professional license.

After starting a remote session, open Control > Setup TCP Tunneling and configure either a Forward or Reverse tunnel, depending on the direction of the connection.

TCP Tunneling is supported on Windows for both Forward and Reverse tunnels. On macOS, Forward tunnels are available only when the Mac is the Host, while Reverse tunnels are available only when the Mac is the Control device. Android and iOS are not supported.
