Why am I getting the message "The remote PC you are connecting to is not available”?

The message "The remote PC you are connecting to is not available” indicates that the remote PC (for smart working, your work PC; for technical assistance, your client's PC) cannot be reached for one of the following reasons:

  • the PC is not turned on;
  • the PC is on, but energy saving modes have been activated (standby, sleep,...);
  • the PC is not connected to the internet;
  • Supremo has not been started.

To overcome this last issue, it is necessary to select the option Start Supremo with Windows (unattended access) on the remote PC, so that Supremo starts up automatically.
