How can I hide the remote screen during a session?

To hide the remote screen during a session, you must first activate Enable privacy mode in the Supremo settings on the remote computer (Tools > Permissions).

Once enabled, start a remote session and select Control > Privacy Mode from the session toolbar.

Privacy Mode is available on Windows 10 build 19041 (2004) or later and macOS 10.15 Catalina or later. 

When enabled, the remote screen is obscured on all connected monitors, preventing anyone physically present from viewing the remote session.

On Windows, local mouse and keyboard input are also blocked, while on macOS they remain available. This feature is particularly useful when providing remote support on devices that may display sensitive or confidential information.

In environments with multiple connected operators, only users with a Supremo Professional license can enable or disable Privacy Mode.
